Job Description:

Davis Kitchen and Tile, specialists in high-end kitchen and bath remodeling solutions, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling various administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering Phone Calls: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, providing professional and courteous assistance to clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Greeting Clients: Welcome visitors and clients to the office in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.
  • Executing Purchase Orders: Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Tracking Orders Through Delivery: Maintain comprehensive records of orders placed, tracking their status from placement to delivery, and addressing any issues that may arise during the process.
  • Data Entry: Input and update various data into the company's systems accurately, including client information, orders, and inventory records.
  • Organizing: Maintain the organization of office supplies, files, and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role within the construction or home remodeling industry.
  • Knowledge of purchase order systems and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
