This role will work closely with the Purchasing team on a variety of functions, including but not limited to what is listed below:
· Following-up on and revised quotes.
· Uploading bids to Buildertrend.
· Preparing and processing POs and VPOs for materials and service.
· Placing orders with Home Depot, Lowes among other material supply stores.
· Support project managers with field requests.
· Resolving issues with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
· Ordering, scheduling and returning materials.
· Reconciling invoices with vendors.
· Checking and ordering office supplies.
· Miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of related professional experience including prior construction industry experience.
Buildertrend experience preferred.
Previous experience working with vendors or strong customer service background.
Advanced MS Office skills including Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills preferred:
Residential Construction Industry experience.
Experience with Construction Project Management applications such as Buildertrend preferred.
Experience with take-off and estimating software such as PlanSwift preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
