Entertainment Technology Partners is Hiring a Purchasing Coordinator (FT) Near Orlando, FL

The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for implementing purchasing daily activities in; responding to a range of inquiries regarding processes or bid status; and achieving department objectives and goals within budget.
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
  • Determine or verify availability, price, terms, and delivery for defined equipment, parts, supplies, and materials
  • Enter data to prepare computerized purchase order
  • Place and document orders
  • Following up with vendors and shippers as needed, while tracking the status of orders
  • Process material returnsĀ 
  • Assist the accounts payable team with order questions on inventory, sales, and engineering purchase orders
  • Research new vendors
Base Salary Range:
  • $17.95/hr - $26.61/hr.
  • This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position.
  • Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
