DataTribe is Hiring a Customer Success Analyst Near Washington, DC

Do you want to help build the next generation network security planning solution?
Company Overview:
Sixmap is working on leading edge network intrusion detection technology that
enables enterprises and network operators to gain insights into their complete network attack
surface and identify network vulnerabilities at unheard of speed and comprehensiveness. Sixmap’s
platform can complete IPv4 scans with deep and configurable service interrogation that is orders of
magnitude faster than anything currently available. The team is building the world’s first platform to
perform comprehensive IPv6 scans, previously thought to be impossible.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a generalist with an interest in cybersecurity and great customer interaction skills.
This person will be helping with pre and post sales efforts – providing research and analysis on
prospective and existing company’s background and organizational structure. In addition, this
person will help put together materials to support sales efforts and interact with customers through

Position Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Have exceptional level of integrity, raw intelligence, creativity, energy and passion.
  • Have outstanding communication skills both written and verbal. We’d like to see two writing samples.
  • Enjoy interacting with customers
  • Identify as a highly organized task and project manager with exceptional organization skills and fastidiously pay attention to details.
  • Be able to balance and prioritize a large number of parallel tasks with minimal guidance.
  • Be a web native with general familiarity of how web pages show up in browsers and how
  • URLs get converted into IP addresses using DNS.
  • Have experience with human resource activities including benefits management, employee onboarding processes, and recruiting workflow processes.
  • Familiar with business productivity tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience managing multiple calendars in Outlook.
  • Have experience negotiating relationships with vendors and managing vendor contracts.
  • Have experience or be willing to learn working with customer relationship management tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
