Description

To provide courteous service to all members and guest with a polite, professional attitude while being upbeat and energetic.

Essential Duties

• Responsible for opening and closing of the restaurant and on course service stations. 

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to members and guest in all service areas.

• Inform customers of daily specials

• Explain how various menu items are prepared

• Removal of dishes and glasses from tables, or counters and take to kitchen for cleaning

• Listen and communicate special instructions from patrons to kitchen and back to patrons.

• Ring up food and drink orders 

• Wait on multiple tables

• To help out with other servers’ tables and fill in wherever needed.

• Stock service areas with correct supplies

• Expected to help others or perform different tasks that may fall outside the Food & Beverage Department.

• Treat all DNGC members and fellow employees with courtesy and respect.

• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

• Annual Compensation $38,000-$42,000

Requirements

• One year food service experience

• Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds

• Knowledge of table etiquette, food, wine, and liquor

• Passion for exceeding members expectations and a commitment to providing high quality Member and Guest services

• T.A.B.C Certified

• High school Diploma required
