The Mexican Restaurant | Reach Restaurant Group is Hiring a Beverage Server Near Dallas, TX

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Beverage Server to join our team. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking and delivering beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for our customers. Duties: - Greet guests and provide them with menus - Take beverage orders accurately and promptly - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options - Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards - Operate cash register and handle financial transactions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Monitor guest alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Strong sales skills to upsell beverages and promote specials - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences - Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling financial transactions - Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change accurately - Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus - Familiarity with the restaurant industry and its standards of service - Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively We offer competitive pay rates and provide opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
