* Work to support the Compliance team including district LPAC Coordinators and the Office of Language Proficiency Testing (OLPT) staff in all aspects of the daily preparations needed to ensure the district is in compliance with all federal, state, and local guidelines as relates to Emergent Bilingual students.
* Provide advice, assistance, resolution, and follow up on district policies and LPAC procedures and documentation. In addition: (A) Keep abreast of technical and professional developments affecting assigned responsibilities including policies and procedures for Emergent Bilingual students (B) Maintain district wide compliance documents using various systems and databases
* Provide timely and efficient customer service to all district stakeholders regarding LPAC support including campus staff and personnel (A) Develop, maintain, and provide quality control for all district LPAC documentation (B) Systematically monitor campus LPAC compliance using the district LPAC data management system.
* Organize and manage work activities of the office and serve as a point person for projects. In addition: (A) Interact with all levels of management and employees of the department, responding to several questions or concerns regarding compliance support and documentation (B) Assist with processing the LPAC stipend and ensuring district wide compliance (C) Maintain confidentiality with all records and information.
* Accredited High School Diploma or GED required (USA equivalency).
* Three years related experience.
* Ability to analyze and interpret archival data in adherence to local state, and district regulations.
* Excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Windows, MS Excel, and Google Docs/Sheets; expertise in compiling, processing, and interpreting data.
* Ability to successfully complete assignments with general directions.
* Excellent organizational, prioritizations, oral and written communication, problem solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills required to achieve the goals of the position.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
