Veritex Team is Hiring a Digital Banking - Client Support Specialist I Near Dallas, TX

Job Summary:The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting client inquiries from consumer and business clients related to account balances, transactions, fees, and service and maintenance requests. This position will provide phone, secure message, and email customer support to clients and phone, internal CRM and email support to internal customers. The position must be client focused and able to deliver a high level of service excellence and exceptional support to internal and external customers demonstrating the ability to problem solve and collaborate with internal partners. Responsibilities and Duties:Provides support to Veritex clients and employees.Acts as Subject Matter Expert for Veritex banking products and services.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to achieve innovative solutions.Adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements for the position (Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Information Privacy ETC).Works with the branch staff and officers to address customer inquiries and service requests.Maintains documents, files, and agreements, including document imaging system, as required by Bank policy.Continually updates job knowledge by studying new product offerings, participating in educational opportunities.Conducts business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and guidelines.Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing the work. Job Skills and Qualifications:Previous branch banking work experience.Previous customer service experience.Previous digital banking work experience a plus.Knowledge of Banking products and services.Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services a plus.Helpful, friendly, approachable, enthusiastic, and professional disposition.Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information.Ability to build relationships, foster teamwork and achieve shared goals.Solve client questions and concerns with an empathetic and a collaborative approach.Ability to proficiently perform a wide variety of tasks with a strong attention to detail.Report common product and service complaints.General working knowledge of banking laws and regulations.Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.Self-starter and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Highly adaptable and able to work well with others.Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in any situation.Jack Henry Silverlake experience.Jack Henry RDC, mRDC, RDA, RDC experience.Account Analysis understanding.Q2 experience.Proficient with all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)Associates degree or higher preferred.
