What you’ll do as the Administrative Assistant :

• Support a data clean-up project
• Use Excel data to update in electronic I-9 system
• Receive and relay telephone messages from internal and external sources
• Enter routine data into standard forms and templates, and filed and archive paper and electronic documents
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, notes and travel arrangements
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to the Administrative Assistant role :

• High School Diploma
• Must be organized
• Great attention to detail
• Comfortable working in Excel
