Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback
- Utilize sales techniques for upselling products or services
- Perform data entry to update customer records and order details
- Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and improve service quality

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to communicate effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong sales skills for upselling products or services

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
