We are seeking a dynamic Development Director to help us grow as we work to restore hope to youth in crisis by providing pathways to a thriving adulthood by providing under-resourced youth with character development, life skills, mental health training, job readiness and more.
Position Summary:
The Development Director reports to the Executive Director and provides overall leadership for fundraising and development programs including major gift fundraising, annual gift fundraising, corporate/foundation gifts and sponsorships, prospect research, special events and any related database management. The Director of Development works closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and the Four Corners Team to develop both long-term and immediate strategies and programs for the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of constituents in all matters pertaining to financial support of the mission and vision of Four Corners Group. Development efforts currently focused in Cobb County, with eventual goal to expand to other metro Atlanta areas.
