Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team and help us strengthen our presence in the commercial flooring market.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and nurturing business relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering high-quality sales solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop business opportunities through a consultative approach to sales and customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs, develop proposals, and close sales.
- Prospect and develop new relationships within commercial flooring markets.
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Employ best practices in sales processes, systems, and skills to maximize sales results.
- Support company initiatives and goals, and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze data, track trends, and report regularly on sales performance.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in commercial sales
- A track record of success in selling flooring solutions
- Strong understanding of territory sales and customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
