CW Resources is Hiring an Administrative Assistant (FT) Near New Britain, CT

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for participating in all aspects of the administrative support for the President & CEO, the Communications Department, and other Senior Leaders as required. The Administrative Assistant reports to the Communications Manager.
Salary range: $15.22 - $19.00

What does the Administrative Assistant do?
The Executive Assistant is responsible for participating in all all aspects of the administrative support for the President & CEO, the Communications Department, and other Senior Leaders as required. The Executive Assistant reports to the Communications Manager.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the President & CEO, Communications Manager and other Senior Leaders
  • Post and monitor social media
  • Assist with development of promotional materials and newsletters
  • Monitor projects to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Prepare for and attend Board of Director's meetings, record minutes of Board and Committee meetings
  • Coordinate and plan special projects and events
  • Coordinate projects/tasks between the corporate office and regional sites
  • Coordinate meeting, conference and travel arrangements
  • Interact with employees with a wide range of skills and disabilities
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job the incumbent will have to sit, stand and or walk for the majority of the shift. The incumbent is required to regularly talk or hear while fulfilling the duties of the job.
