CV Resources is partnering with a large healthcare client to identify an Accounts Payable Manager for its growing team. Candidates must have previous experience managing an AP department. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required. This is a permanent job opportunity with great benefits and room for growth! The company allows candidates to work remotely once a week (after the first 90 days of employment).

Responsibilities

· Manage the Accounts Payable Department, currently a team of 6.

· Build strong relationships with leaders.

· Act as administrator for cloud-based invoice system to maintain and update interface files, maintain invoice routing, create and maintain users, trouble shoot issues.

· Train new users across the organization on invoice system

· Manage and create relationship with new and existing vendors

· Oversee the preparation and review of corporate accounts payable policies and procedures

· Oversee weekly check run process

· Implement new processes and systems to increase efficiencies and cost savings within the organization and the Accounts Payable Department

· Manage the annual process to create and file form 1099s

· Manage the unclaimed property process

· Work on special projects and ad hoc requests as needed

Required Knowledge and Experience

· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Preferred

· 5-7 years progressive accounts payable experience including supervisory experience

· Great Plains experience helpful

· Healthcare accounts payable experience preferred

· Strong Excel skills required

· Strong analytical skills, organizational and problem-solving skills

· Detail-oriented with the ability to work in fast paced, often stressful environment

· Ability to work diligently with attention to details under minimal supervision

· Accustomed to working under strict deadlines; able to work overtime as needed

· Salary range DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
