• Proposals, invoices, schedules, punch lists, and other submittals are formatted and reviewed.
• Keeping track of daily logs and employee timesheets.
• Pick up and deliver off job-related documents and supplies, as well as attend site meetings and record minutes.
• Office assistant with tasks not relating to construction

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Real Estate, Construction Management, Project Management or similar industry.
• Degree in: Construction, Project Managment, Architecture, interior design or Construction Management,
