JOBSUMMARY TheExecutive Assistant provides direct support to the Business Operations Directorand the Champion Plaza Director. This role requires professionalism,confidentiality, and compassion in all tasks. Responsibilities includeadministrative support, event coordination, project management, and resourcedevelopment. The ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented, andexemplifies an excellent work ethic. ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
Proficientin complex calendar management for multiple directors, including schedulingmeetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing competing priorities.
Overseespecial projects or initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, andtracking project milestones.
Collaboratewith stakeholders to develop project plans, establish deadlines, and allocateresources effectively.
Anticipatepotential issues or challenges and develop contingency plans to mitigate risksand ensure successful project outcomes.
Exerciseprudent management of resources, including budgetary allocations andprocurement processes, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Upholdstrict confidentiality protocols to safeguard sensitive information, ensuringcompliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Managegeneral errands, including ordering supplies and coordinating meals formeetings and events.
Draftand prepare professional correspondence, including letters, memos and reports.Adhering to established formatting and style guidelines.
Manageroom reservations for ministry events, including setup, technical requirements,and catering.
Reconcilemonthly credit card statements and process check requests.
Receiveand distribute incoming communication on behalf of leadership.
Representin meetings as necessary and foster relationships with stakeholders.
COMPETENCIES
Professionalcommunication skills (verbal and written) in English and the ability tointeract effectively with high-level stakeholders, both internally andexternally.
Proficiencyin Google Suite and/or MS Office.

POSITIONTYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is afull-time position with scheduled hours from Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to5:30 p.m. Weekend work and evening shifts may be required for special events. PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS
Goodor corrected vision, manual dexterity, and ability to adjust focus
Abilityto remain stationary for extended periods and lift heavy materials

EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE
Highschool diploma or GED (required).
Minimum3 years of experience in high-level clerical/administration support.
WORKENVIRONMENT The officeenvironment may be fast-paced and hectic. The ability to manage multipleprojects in a service-oriented setting is essential. Noise levels are minimal. OTHERDUTIES
