**Customer Service Representative**

Curtiss-Wright are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Chanhassen team working for the Exlar - Actuation/Motion Control business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain Customer Service experience as part of a leading business. You will be responsible for speaking with customers over the telephone to provide quotes, process orders and provide status updates. You will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills and highly self-motivated.

**Your Challenge:**

* Handling telephone calls from customers looking for quotes, providing accurate and timely information

* Processing orders ensuring high levels of accuracy at all times

* Responds to customer needs in a quick and effective manner performing account management responsibilities

* Coordinating activities with other departments including import/export shipments.

* Using internal systems to accurate log and enter information

* Providing outstanding levels of customer service at all times

**Your Expertise:**

* Strong customer service skills including excellent communication skills, ability to work with high levels of accuracy and highly motivated

* Willingness to learn and passionate about customer service

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Basic Microsoft office skills

* Must be comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
