GENERAL FUNCTION:
The primary responsibility of this position is to perform administrative duties within the Birth to 3 Children's Services Department. Responsibilities include: data entry, monthly reporting, creating and distributing meeting minutes, office supply inventory, tracking entry and exit outcomes, tracking re-referrals, completing mileage reports, doctors orders, and IFSPs, communicating with clients, and other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Two years of experience in an administrative support role.
2. High degree of proficiency in computerized data entry as well as MS Office.
3. Accuracy and strong organizational skills that will enable the individual to perform multiple, detail-oriented job functions.
4. Requires strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work and communicate with internal and external customers.
5. High level of confidentiality.
6. Must present professional demeanor with the ability to positively adapt to change.
7. High school diploma.
