Cumedica Doctors Center is seeking a bilingual Medical receptionist (front desk) that will be responsible for administrative as well as clinical tasks, such as answering phone calls, run insurance eligibility, schedule appointments, among others. Full Time available

Job Responsibilities:

• Check patient's insurance eligibility
• Schedule appointments
• Check-in and check-out patients
• Answer the phone
• Call patients the day before their appointments
• Request patient records and add them to electronic records
• Update patient records with radiology images and reports
• Monitor patient visits to ensure period checkouts
• Handling correspondence
• Administrative clinic duties
• Others as necessary

Required Skills and Experience:

• Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Previous experience as a medical front desk is a plus but not required
• Experience as a receptionist is a plus
• Experience with Kareo is a plus

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be willing to work in clinical office in Tampa, FL
• Able to work full-time

Salary expectations:

• $15/hr

Benefits:
