**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant who will act as our front desk representative and will be able to fulfill MA duties as needed to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to medical staff and ensure efficient patient care delivery as well as extreme levels of client care when answering phones, scheduling, and keeping records.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures

- Perform routine injections for vitamin as well as IV drop therapy

- Perfomr use of medial equipment for blood panel, erectile dysfucntion and hair loss services

- Perform medical administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records

- Provide a bright and welcoming experience for clients when they enter the facility

- Welcome clients, get them checked in with a speed and care

- Administer medications under the direction of healthcare providers

- Take and record vital signs accurately

- Code and complete insurance forms

- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, procedure, and log the process

**Experience:**

- Customer service expertise and a well spoken manner

- EHR and CRM background

- Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role preferred

- Ability to perform medication administration and inhalation therapy

- Knowledge of basic life support procedures

Pay: $18.24 - $22.37 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
