```Responsibilities```
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell products or services when appropriate
- Analyze customer accounts and provide appropriate solutions based on their needs
- Enter and maintain customer information accurately in the database
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
```Experience```
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- You need to have a 215 or a 240 license
