Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative where you will play a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled customer service and driving sales growth. In this multifaceted position, you will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat channels, addressing inquiries, assisting with orders, and providing in-depth product information.
