As CSI Support & Development continues to expand, we are adding a dedicated, professional human resources manager to our team. One of the 6 pillars of our strategic plan is a commitment to staff development and engagement, with the goal of offering opportunities for staff to thrive. Both our human resource managers will play a leadership role in helping us ensure that CSI maintains a thriving culture in accordance with our core values and that our teams are well supported.

Human resource managers are responsible for a broad range of human resource functions including recruitment; benefits administration; federal, multiple state and local law compliance; corporate safety coordination; and human resource matters, initiatives, and collaboration. Schedule and Location of Position:
This is an in-person position at our Warren, Michigan office (CSI headquarters). Core business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm. Some travel will occasionally be required (co-ops, regions, conferences).
This is an exempt position.
