COMPANY OVERVIEWCSI Support & Development Services is a non-profit development and property management firm that provides cooperatively managed affordable senior housing in the country. Our company was started with the strong belief that co-ops could do a better job at meeting peoples’ needs. From our humble beginning as a dairy co-op we expanded into other areas of commerce but in 1965 built our first co-op in Wyandotte, MI and made the decision to devote our energy and talent to senior housing. From that start we developed and manage 62 communities across four states comprising of over 6,000 units. Our properties and offices are located in Michigan, Massachusetts, California and Maryland.

JOB DESCRIPTIONThis position is in the Maryland Regional office in Middle River, MD and is responsible for: mail and payable processing, ordering supplies, answering phones, application processing, basic information technology communications, assisting senior leaders in the office with administrative duties and other general clerical duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS• Basic math skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Patience, respect and an ability to communicate with seniors
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Passion for helping people
• Ability to take direction
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to occasional local meetings
• Yardi or similar software experience preferred
