OverviewPosition Summary:
Primary responsibility for managing a small team and serve as a strategic regional leader responsible for overseeing
the operations of multiple locations within your assigned territory ensuring the efficient, safe, and effective
management of all aspects of the In Home business.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee inventory planning, procurement, and disposition processes to maintain optimal levels, ensure
accurate physical inventories, and control costs across the region
• Ensure on time deliveries and service through proper planning and allocation of resources across region
• Plan, budget, and forecast fleet, facilities, personnel, and inventories to support internal metrics and ensure
a seamless transaction for the customer
• Manage P&L across region
• Ensure consistent implementation of new processes/procedures and reinforce current standards within
assigned region
• Collaborate cross functionally with Supply Chain and other departments to build and monitor efficient route
solutions
• Provide feedback and continuous improvement recommendations to senior leadership
• Assist in Onboarding of CSC team members to ensure a positive team member experience
• Participate in CSC’s Lean Leader certification program
• Drive regional efforts to improve customer satisfaction and NPS scores to ensure a positive customer journey
Key Management Responsibilities:
• Recruit, hire, and manage assigned team
• Delegate duties and assign / schedule work to meet deadlines
• Support employee development and provide training as needed
• Establish team and individual team member goals
• Manage employee performance
• Implement, communicate, and maintain Company practices, policies, and procedures with team
Required Education & Experience:
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• 7-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management
• Working knowledge of LEAN philosophies
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to build and manage teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Experience supervising multiple remote sites with multiple levels of personnel
• Must be able to travel (up to 75% monthly)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
Special Requirements, Licenses, or Certificates:
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be DOT certified.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift 35-200 pounds
• Push and pull hand carts loaded with washers/dryers and/or air machines
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Work with tools or service parts weighing from 20-50 lbs.
• Travel – up to 75% per month
