The Supply Chain Operations Associate will assist in managing logistical and administrative aspects of our warehouse operations, including working with procurement, warehousing, and logistics partners

Your Mission

• Assist in supply chain management by having direct contact with Nefab warehouse management, audit processes, and inventory control.
• Work with the warehouse team to process cycle count reports and investigate, process, and/or post inventory discrepancies as needed per company policy.
• Maintain documentation / SOPs up to date to support our logistics operations.
• Validation of inventory received against POs, reporting any variance and process all logistics claims from start to finish with our partner in France.
• Troubleshoot warehousing issues and/or escalate to the appropriate parties.
• Assist FR department associate(s) to process part transfers by doing the proper re-identification/flagging of the new part number(s) and complete the required cycle count as needed.
• Maintain KPI's, and dashboards that are presented to our leadership team related to: credits, claims. RMA reports, LO tickets, block stock, and logistics operations.
• Analyze processes and systems and make suggestions for improved operational efficiency.
• Administrational tasks relating to inventory and warehousing as needed.

Your Profile

• Experience in warehouse and logistics management, or fulfilment
• You are data-driven and skilled with Microsoft office packages (Excel, Word, Power Point) and have SAP knowledge.
• Extremely organized and detailed oriented
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic; able to independently own and drive projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Comfortable making informed decisions with imperfect information.
• Sense of urgency: Self-starting capability required to achieve high expectations in a fast-paced environment.
