We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team at Aviator Coffee Company. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the weekly operations tasks, managing event set up and tear down, delivering of coffee carts to events, maintaining the company vehicle, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee weekly operations tasks, ensuring all equipment is prepared and in working order for upcoming events.
• Manage the set up and tear down of events, ensuring that all equipment is properly set up and dismantled according to company standards.
• Deliver coffee carts to events in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all equipment is properly secured during transport.
• Maintain the company vehicle, including regular maintenance and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and keeping track of stock levels.
• Work closely with the owner to ensure that all events are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Barista knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
