Overview:

We are in search of an accomplished and strategic-minded Senior Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

   • Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization to understand operational needs and challenges.

4. Process Optimization:
   • Lead initiatives to streamline and optimize end-to-end operational processes.
   • Identify and implement automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
5. Continuing Process Improvement:
   • Establish and maintain monitoring mechanisms for key performance indicators (KPIs).
   • Proactively identify trends, issues, and emerging challenges, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SaaS service offerings.
• Proficient analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Proven experience as an Analyst, with a track record of successful process optimization.
• Mandatory strong working knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
