Overview:

Our corporate office is in Atlanta Georgia, but we are a multi-cultural multi-national team of remote workers. We set aside hours of 9am-1pm EST for meetings and working sessions for our Europe and West coast employees. We are constantly trying to improve our products and services. Learning and training on new technologies. We have a very close-knit group of people who work very closely with each other for the success of our customers. 

We are actively seeking a self-motivated person who wants to work with two scrum teams that are a tight-knit hybrid group of BAs, engineers and developers. The teams are responsible for our industry leading AWS SaaS products that focus on providing a better experience for customers and customer service agents. We are a multi-cultural team that works through collaborative online tools such as MS Teams and Slack. We are seeking an individual that is comfortable working within a team-centric solutioning and development philosophy that looks for creativity and input into new and innovative ways to bring value to our customers. We leverage Scrum for our team's organization. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about collaborating with other teams to help us migrate our legacy customers to an enterprise-class AWS SaaS offering. We are looking for someone who can create data modeling but also has the hands-on experience to articulate requirements effectively and concisely to talented developers who do not have a data background.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and manages information to support corporate decision making.
• Manages and improves existing reporting systems.
• Performs complex analyses.
• Conducts and facilitates (and educates and trains on) analyses, issues identification, organizational risk assessment, and decision-making processes.
• Provides consulting and analytic services to leadership.
• Provides technical support and mentoring and training to less-senior analysts.
• Develops methodology and processes for prioritization and scheduling of projects.
• Analyzes problems and determines root causes.

• Defines company data assets (data models)
• Hands on knowledge preferred.
• Works closely with all business units, Developers and engineering teams to develop strategy for long term data platform architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced analytical knowledge of data 
• Conducting big data analysis
• Developing software and data models
• Developing algorithms
• Business analysis
• Business process modeling—enterprise to department level
• Process oriented with great documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, computer science, management information systems, or related field or equivalent related experience
• Five years data analyst or related experience, including proficiency with analytical software or equivalent related education.
• Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods
• Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in adaptability, decision making, customer service, interpersonal relations, oral communication, problem solving, project management, quality management, teamwork, written communication, group presentations, group process facilitation, influence, results orientation, strategic thinking, and team building
• Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in word processing, spreadsheet, and database PC applications
• Practical hands-on skills in provisioning and administering solutions.
