Crystal Vibez LLC is Hiring a Sales and Service Specialist Near Sacramento, CA
WE are a metaphysical and spiritual store (aka crystal store) located in Sacramento. We are looking for additional staff to help support school schedules. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, someone with time management skills, a leader, someone who is excellent in customer service and eager to learn. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a great work ethic and can work as a team. WE are currently looking for someone to cover Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities to generate new business and meet sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Cash handling
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales administration and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds, including multilingual proficiency (Spanish is a plus)
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for business growth
-MUST BE 21 with reliable transportation
