Front Desk Receptionist (Full Time - 40 hours)
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (No weekends or nights)
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
Receptionist experience preferred, customer service experience required.
Must be customer service oriented and detail oriented, capable of multi-tasking in a high intensity environment. Computer literate with strong skills utilizing Word and Excel. Capable of dealing productively with conflict.
Must have a full range of body movements including use of hands. Vision abilities must be sufficient to shift in focus from computer screens to close forms.
Answer all incoming phones cheerfully. Take messages and pass on to the intended person immediately with detailed information. Answer questions appropriately. Check company email and respond or forward as appropriate in a timely manner. Take care of walk-in sales. Create work orders and distribute to meet customer needs. Provide drivers with directions, product suggestions and any other driver related need. Monitor office, kitchen and cleaning supplies and purchase, order or contact warehouse to maintain proper inventory. Track donations and facilitates delivery or issuing to recipients. Send outbound and distributes inbound faxes – immediately. Keys in credit card payment and credits and balance daily. Log in all visitors and issue visitor badges.
Occasional assistance to the Office Manager. Vacuuming, dusting, other basic cleaning to keep offices, restrooms, and kitchen clean.
Enroll in health, vision, and dental after 90 days (company pays half). Simple IRA/401k (company matches up to 3%) and vacation days accrue after 1 year.
