Warehouse Customer Service Representative Requirements

• Must possess basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or GED with experience in customer service. 
• Must be able to fully communicate in English, both written and orally, and answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Must exhibit a great attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

About the Warehouse Customer Service Representative Role

• Proactively support the entire customer order/demand management process, monitor customer systems, and maintain accurate information in the system for production planning.
• Communicate directly with customers to coordinate changes in demand and last-minute orders.
• Coordinate with other departments to complete shipping and invoicing administrative processes and paperwork. (Load Lists, Shipping Tickets, ASNs.
• Responsible for venturing on to the production area to communicate with supervisors and managers. 
• Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to build a lasting relationship.
