Job Description:
Crowe LLP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Technology Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing technology architecture to better enable marketing and sales programs to drive business growth. This role will manage the Martech portfolio, including selection, implementation, integration, optimization, maintenance, and adoption of marketing technology. This role will evolve the marketing technology roadmap to ensure alignment of technology enhancement and acquisition with business objectives and operational budgets. Additionally, this role will oversee the integration of marketing technology with enterprise systems such as sales, finance, etc.
This role will function as a solutions architect responsible for the design, deployment and support of Crowe's marketing technology platforms and the leveraging of those technologies towards the firm's marketing and sales goals. The candidate must be collaboration-focused and able to work across the technology organization and with the Marketing & Sales teams with concentration on the following areas: digital marketing, sales enablement, marketing technologies, data and marketing/sales analytics, marketing automation, CRM and marketing data platforms, data visualization, data science and AI, Crowe user experiences, client experiences, media, content/creative/brand strategy and the firm's professional services.
