Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the Day to Day administrative and operational tasks. This includes managing product stock level(s), Coordinating an active custom printing and equipment maintenance schedule, and providing general support to the operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Daily maintenance on equipment returning from events
- Daily maintenance on Office Printing Equipment
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle order entry and track inventory levels
- Assist with office management tasks such as maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in computer applications
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
