Job Description:

As a server at Croton Reservoir Tavern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• · Greeting guests warmly and providing them with menus
• · Ability to recommend menu items and providing information on specials
• · Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
• · Assisting in keeping tables clean and well-maintained
• · Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service
• · Understanding the flow of service to ensure service is seamless
• · Seating tables promptly according to the floor plan(s)
• Requirements:
• To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• · Previous customer service experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required
• · Strong interpersonal and communication skills
