ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise beverage service during banquet events for all bar stations
Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control
Train, schedule, and lead banquet beverage staff
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain high quality standards and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
Salary - $60,000, plus bonus (salary commensurate with experience)
Work Schedule - Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays, Day, Evening, Night 8 to12 hour shifts
