Tasks:
- Using the Department's licensing database, checks licensing status of Agents/Brokers
- Inputs Agent/Broker information into the Department's workflow management system
- Reads and codes new investigations. Sets up investigation files in the Department's workflow
management system for handling by examiners.
- Reads and codes new mail that has been scanned and entered into the Department's workflow
management system. Attaches appropriate documents to be sent out to companies for
responses.
- Daily reviews the email inbox for responses to banking complaints. Upload the responses into
the Department's workflow management system and attach the files to the appropriate cases.
Skills:
- Paralegal certification required
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel
- Attention to detail is very important
- Ability to efficiently work with a large volume of electronic documents on-line
- Ability to learn new computer systems quickly
