Ascension Global Staffing and Executive Search is seeking associates with four to six years of post-JD experience for our client's Corporate practice. The positions can be located in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto, Washington DC.

Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:

• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures and/or cross-border transactions.

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills including managing transactions teams.

• Experience with Emerging Companies/Venture Capital preferred.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor

• Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.

• Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Salary: 295,000-370,000 depending on experience in New York
