OVERVIEW We are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join our fast-growing team. WHAT YOU'LL DO ● ​​Strategize and develop comprehensive and custom-tailored legal solutions for clients. ● Work collaboratively as part of a team to empower our clients to make wise strategic decisions about their businesses. ● Manage all aspects of a client's matter from engagement to close. ● Oversee the work of junior legal team members assigned to assist with production and delivery. ● Help build efficient processes in the delivery of premium legal services. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ● 4-8 years of experience in at least one of the following areas of law: contracts, corporate structuring, transactions, civil litigation, and/or estate and business succession planning. ● NY and NJ bar admission required. ● Independent thinker with the ability to creatively problem solve and effectively communicate using plain language. ● Enjoys working in a flexible working environment where you can primarily work virtually with in-office days only as needed when meetings and/or projects are best handled in person. ● A team player who is looking for a long-term position with growth potential and appreciates transparency and investments in professional development and mentorship. ● Strong research and writing skills. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. ● Excellent organizational skills. ● Experience managing a full caseload. Skills and experience are required, appreciated, and valued, but personality, character, intelligence, and integrity will be paramount considerations.
