The Position
Reporting to the Director of Program Management, the Program Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team to manage the execution of customer programs. The candidate will be accountable for delivering highly reliable aerospace and defense products to government and commercial customers. The Program Manager owns the customer relationship while executing on-time and on-budget delivery for their projects. The Program Manager position requires strong management skills with focuses on communication among contacts inside and outside of the organization on matters of strategic importance to influence new concepts, practices, and approaches with the goal to support Cristek’s customer needs along with the Group strategic plan.
