Local HVAC Company is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Account Manager to work with strong sense of urgency to drive daily results, create a vision, set goals and ensure growth. Candidate must have strong customer service skills in order to build relationships with our clients in order to grow our business.

Job Title: Commercial HVAC Account Manager
Reports to: Operations Manager or Sales Manager
Work Hours : M – F 8am – 5pm. Some nights and weekends
Position Summary: Manage the sales of the companies' services and projects while maintaining the client relationship and experience. Develop new business to achieve sales goals while ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues. Ensure and deliver a quality product and experience while identifying objectives, strategies and action plans to improve sales and earnings. Ensure consistent, profitable growth in the sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.

Required Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, oral & written
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
• 5 Years' experience in Mechanical Sales and Estimating
• Industry experience with relevance for this position: Retail, Property Management, Hospitality, Lodging, Healthcare, Office / High Rise, Manufacturing, Cold Storage
