Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize profitability
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in Building Materials sales, preferably in an outside sales or business development role in Doors or Windows
- Technical aptitude to understand and effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills to drive profitable sales
- Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships
