Responsible for developing, recommending, and executing recruiting strategies to fill open positions as well as build recruiting and networking pipeline for talented professionals. The role helps the organization improve productivity and reduce turnover by identifying and attracting top-performing professionals to fill current or future openings. Using a consultative approach with the hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist helps to set the recruiting strategy to ensure a successful and timely search. This position will also provide input into the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals. They will leverage strategic thinking to make recommendations to advance our talent strategy, make real-time adjustments and recommendations, and manage internal partner expectations.
Pay Range: $ 64,100 - $ 92,700

Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from an accredited four (4) year college or university, plus two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional recruiting experience in either one or more areas of the recruitment life cycle; assessing needs, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers, and on-boarding or experience in executing sourcing strategies. Relevant industry experience a plus. PHR or SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional) preferred.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must be a self-starter and team player with strong communication skills (written and verbal) and customer focused. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently yet balance a strong communication flow with peers and hiring managers. Proven team player with demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate in a project-based, interactive environment. Advanced internet search skills and proven track record in developing passive candidates for critical positions. Strong computer software skills and applicant tracking software expertise.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is typically required to sit for long periods. The employee continually is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, and reach with hands and arms. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
