Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking financial services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and needs
- Assist clients with various financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Perform accurate and efficient 10-key typing for data entry purposes
- Process debits and credits accurately to ensure proper account management
- Utilize cash management systems to handle cash transactions and balance cash drawers
- Educate clients on financial products and services offered by the bank
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional financial products to clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services setting
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, including cash handling and transaction processing
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Proficiency in using cash registers and other point-of-sale systems
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and the ability to understand debits and credits
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify upselling opportunities and meet sales targets
