RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

• The Senior Financial Analyst will oversee and manage FP&A team member
• The Senior Financial Analyst will drive financial excellence through comprehensive financials management, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting by;
• Managing Balance Sheets, Cash Flow, (P&L), reporting packs, KPI scorecards, operational expenses, and ad hoc financial analysis
• Perform in-depth analysis of Cash Flow, discount rates, and product valuations, among others
• Optimize capital management with a focus on cashflow and accounts receivable aging management
• Play a pivotal role in key projects and strategic initiatives, collaborating with the CFO:
  • Evaluate existing processes, identifying efficiencies, and crafting new ones
  • Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives to drive organizational success

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST:

• Must have 3 years relevant experience with analysis & reporting
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting
• Experience implementing new processes
• CPA, MBA, or other advanced certifications are a plus, nota must
• Experience with distribution, inventory, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus, nota must
