Position Overview: As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission by overseeing all aspects of human resources management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives. From recruitment and employee relations to performance management and compliance, you will lead initiatives to foster a positive work environment and ensure the well-being of our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee HR record-keeping and maintain accurate employee files and documentation.
  • Stay abreast of HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
