OVERVIEW OF THE BOOKKEEPER ROLE:

• The Bookkeeper will handle all aspects of accounting
• Verify, allocate, and post details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts to general ledger.
• The Bookkeeper will be closing month-end/Year-end books with accruals, prepaid
• Assist in payroll and processing payroll taxes
• As abookkeeper,you will be responsible for GL reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable/accounts receivables

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR BOOKKEEPER ROLE:

• Bookkeeper position requires at least 2 years of experience.
• Excel skills is a PLUS
• QUICKBOOKS REQUIRED
• Team player with a positive “can-do” approach
