Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will enter vendor invoices for payment
- Preparing and processing payments to vendors and suppliers
- Preparing reports on accounts payable transactions and other metrics
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will need to maintain the organization of vendor files and information
