**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

**Duties:**

- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data

- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits

- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues

- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

**Skills:**

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial data

- Ability to handle journal entries accurately

- Strong account analysis capabilities

- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

- Previous experience as an accounting clerk or in public accounting is a plus

- Knowledge of debits and credits principles

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
