Job Title: Part-time Accounting Assistant

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:

Invoicing:
- Generate and process invoices for vendors, special events, and tenants.

CC Reconciliation and AP/AR:
- Perform data entry and preparation for Fusion.
- Reconcile credit card statements.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks.

Reporting/Insight/Assessing Data:
- Run data and reports as requested by the CEO or other team members.
- Provide insights and analysis based on financial data.

Annual Budgets:
- Contribute to the preparation and management of annual budgets.
Accounting Assistant Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Accounting or related field plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Familiar with journal entries.
- Experience with either QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online.
- Nonprofit accounting experience is a plus.
Accounting Assistant Skills and Attributes:
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
